We have taken every reasonable care and endeavour to ensure that the information on this website on the buying and selling property in Jamaica is accurate, and fairly described. To the extent permitted by law, www.buysellpropertyjamaica.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.   We shall not   be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
  

5.  Fees
                                      
There is a one-off fee of £60.00 (exclusive of VAT) for assessing this website for six months from the date that you have paid for all the information on this website. Unless otherwise stated all charges are payable in Pounds Sterling(£).  If your payment method fails, you will be denied access to the information on this website.

5.1 Advert Fee

All advertisement fees as stated are exclusive of VAT. If you are a registered charity, you will need to provide us with your registered charity number so that we can exclude you from payment from VAT. You must pay for your advert through Protx prior to your advert being published on the website.

 5.2 Refund of Advert fees

There is a minimum period of a week for all adverts on the website buysellpropertyjamaica.com. If your organisation advertise with us and decides to withdraw your advert before the end of the agreed period, your advert will be refunded a total of 10% monies already paid and your advert will be immediately withdrawn from the website.

6.  Password and Account Security
 
All debit and credit card transactions are processed via Cardnet in partnership with Protx, and all methods of payments will be processed when you enter the required details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, password and any activities that occur under your account.  Erica Young and www.buysellpropertyjamaica.com shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.
 

7.  Damage to your Computer and or your Software
 
Erica Young and www.buysellpropertyjamaica.com have made every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects.  However it cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate virus protection  together the correct equipment available to use the website. Erica Young and www.buysellpropertyjamaica.com shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage that may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
 

8.  Exclusions of Liability
 
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Erica Young and or www.buysellpropertyjamaica.com or fraud.  These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.  If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unforeseeable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
 
Erica Young or www.buysellpropertyjamaica.com will not be liable for any business losses, such as loss of data, profits, revenue, business interruption, goodwill or for any losses which are not reasonably foreseeable by us arising out of your use of this website.
